BRASATO DI VITELLO CON CIPOLLINE E UVETTA



Ingredienti:

900 gr circa di noce di vitello

Ingredients:

3 glass dry white wine
extravirgin olive oil
salt and pepper

Let stand the raisins in water for about 15 minutes.
In a heavy-based saucepan, large enough to hold the veal, heat 3 tbs of extravirgin olive oil. Add the onions and the vegetables, stirring them around until they color a bit. Add the cinnamon.


In the meantime heat the oil (1 tbs) in a pan and brown in the veal on all sides. Season with salt and pepper. Add it to the vegetables, then pour in the wine and the raisins. Turn the heat down and cover with a lid. Cook for about 1 hour, stirring and turning the veal Occasionally.
Slice the meat, put it on a serving plate and pour over the wine sauce very hot.
