CHOCOLATE CAKE WITH ORANGE AND MACAROONS



Ingredients: 220 gr

Combine all the ingredients and mix until the mixture is blended and smooth. Pour into a greased and floured baking dish.
Bake at 180C for 35 minutes. Test by sticking with a toothpick. If it comes out clean, it's done. Allow to cool and Sprinkling complete with icing sugar.

Doppi ruoli, doppie personalità, doppie interpretazioni. Perché tutto è doppio. Nina vestita sempre di bianco. La sua rivale sempre di nero. La sua rivale è Lily, ma è così?. Non è ciò che sembra fino a che il dramma, incombente per tutta la pellicola, non si svela nel finale.
Il bianco, il nero, gli specchi, una miriade di specchi che rimandano a Nina immagini di sé e del suo corpo straziato da gesti di autolesionismo. BAVARIAN WITH BLUEBERRIES AND MORE

BAVARIAN CREAM WITH AND BlackBerries

Blueberries Ingredients:

Inglese custard
7 g gelatin sheets
250 ml whipped cream
fresh blueberries
fresh blackberries

Ingredients for the English custard:

1 vanilla pod
500 ml milk
125 g sugar
6 egg yolks
90 ml heavy cream


This is a basic Bavarese cream recipe. Remember it needs several hours chilling time.
Begin by splitting the vanilla pod lengthways and using the end of a teaspoon to scoop out the seeds. Then place the pod and seeds in a small saucepan along with the milk. Place the pan over a gentle heat and bring it just below simmering point.
While the milk is heating, whisk the egg yolks together with sugar in a bowl. Next remove the vanilla pod from the milk. Then whisking the egg mixture all the time, gradually pour the hot milk into the bowl. When it's all in, return the whole lot back to the pan. Cook on a gentle heat as you continue whisking until custard is thick and smooth, which will happen when it reaches simmering point. Don't overheat. The English custard is ready. Just add the heavy cream.
Soak the gelatin sheets in 3 tbs boiling water until it is completely dissolved. Transfer the gelatin to the hot custard, mix well then chill it well. When the mixture is thick and smooth finally fold in the whipped cream. Transfer the mixture to some molds and chill them in the fridge for several hours. Come time to unmold it, dip the mold into hot water for a Few seconds and invert it onto a serving dish. Garnish with blackberries and blueberries.

Con questa ricetta vogliamo partecipare alla raccolta di Le ricette di Minù , dal titolo "If it is wet bread soup" . Soups are our passion and will prepare at least a weekly basis. Ingredients:

2 litri di brodo vegetale
prezzemolo fresco finemente sminuzzato


Per prima cosa, utilizzando delle lenticchie secche, le abbiamo lasciate in ammollo in acqua fredda per 12 ore.
Scaldiamo l'olio extravergine d'oliva con uno spicchio d'aglio in un tegame capiente, uniamo il porro, la carota ed il sedano e li facciamo saltare per qualche minuto, fino a che si ammorbidiscono. Aggiungiamo infine il peperone giallo tagliato a cubetti non troppo grossi e lo lasciamo cuocere per un paio di minuti. Sfumiamo con il vino bianco e quando è evaporato versiamo nel tegame anche le lenticchie. Mescoliamo e aggiungiamo il brodo vegetale che abbiamo precedentemente preparato e la passata di pomodoro. Completiamo con del prezzemolo fresco finemente sminuzzato.
A parte lessiamo le due patate, le schiacciamo col passapatate e le versiamo nel tegame. Mescoliamo il tutto e lasciamo cuocere per almeno un'ora a fuoco medio-basso, fino a che la zuppa non assume una consistenza cremosa. Regoliamo di sale e di pepe e impiattiamo nice hot soup. Ingredients:

2 heads of radicchio
4 thick slices of ham

BAKED RADICCHIO TARDIVO WITH BECHAMEL SAUCE


Ingredients:

2 large heads of Radicchio Tardivo, cleaned and cut in half
4 slices of ham
provola cheese (cut into little pieces)
salt and pepper
500 ml bechamel sauce
1/2 cup finely grated Pecorino Romano cheese


Ingredients for bechamel sauce:
500 ml milk
75 g butter
all-purpose flour
pinch of nutmeg, salt and pepper


This recipe softens radicchio's bitterness by baking it in a cream sauce. This dish is rich enough to be a whole meal.
